Dear GCC Club Presidents and Delegates

At last night GCC meeting the attached document was presented.  The document is a revised GCCFSC Constitution that will serve council for the future. The current constitution and bylaws were reviewed and updated to meet the changing needs of the Greater Cleveland Figure Skating Community and the non-profit clubs the council serves. Many additions and changes are housekeeping issues and suggestions from USFS. The biggest change is electing a Board of Directors. Each director will serve a term of 3 years with a rotation that allows for continuity of council leadership. Please review this document and share with your clubs. Any questions or revisions must be sent to Bill Coyle and Terry Kollar no later than March 22, 2010. Once the document is finalized it will be resent to club presidents and GCC delegates 10 days before our next scheduled GCC meeting. We will vote on adopting the revised GCCFSC Constitution at our April meeting.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter,

Sue Clemente

GCC Secretary
