In cooperation with the Professional Skaters Association, U.S. Figure Skating requires the mandatory continuing education requirement (CER) for all coaches at U.S. Figure Skating sanctioned events as of July 1, 2010.

Defined as one who is a Sport Psychologist; PT; ATC, or like. Must submit a signed affidavit stating credentials and be able to produce current proof of professional credentials in their field of expertise. If an individual performs Sport Science Support Services and also performs duties as a professional coach or choreographer, that individual must meet Category A or B requirements.

(5/11/10) - The 2009-10 Combined Report of Action is available for download. The actions contained in this document reflect all business transacted by the U.S. Figure Skating Board of Directors and Governing Council for the 2009-10 season and will be reflected in the 2011 edition of the rulebook. This combined report is an effort to simplify the reporting process in that you will need only refer to one document for the final actions.
